With a large reserve of electrical capacity in place, along with ample space availability, this location is ideal for expansion and serves primarily as our Disaster Recovery SuperCenter.

Our 24/7 technical staff provides an array of Network Operations Center and managed services, as well as storage solutions for several Fortune 500 Companies. The property was originally developed by FiberMedia principals and has extensive features such as diverse shaft routes to segregate all vertical riser types, indoor generator and fuel tank locations, ample clearances and load bearing, diverse power feeds and many others.
