Michael Roark
Michael Roark   President & CEO
Michael Roark founded FiberMedia and serves as its CEO and President. Mr. Roark also founded Telesource and M K Roark — companies that provide design, construction, development and provisioning of mission critical facilities and telecom infrastructures with a specialization in data centers. Since 1983, Mr. Roark’s design / build / development firms have constructed over six hundred projects, including industrial and medical facilities, general and mixed-use buildings, commercial offices, and public works projects. Michael was a pioneer in the development of multi-tenant technology centers and has served as a principal and developer in the creation of numerous, diverse and substantive projects.

Chris Heim
Chris Heim   CIO
Mr. Heim has over 15 years of professional, technical and consulting experience in diverse global organizations. Prior to joining FiberMedia, he ran Equities Global Engineering at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette with a focus on data center and trading floor architecture and engineering. Mr. Heim has managed the construction and implementation of dozens of data centers and trading floors globally and headed the Data Center Practice for firms in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Services sectors where he brought a strategic commitment to security, reliability and scalability. He earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Roger Krulak
Roger Krulak   CSO
After becoming a founding partner and overseeing FiberMedia’s colocation and business continuity operations in the Northern US, Mr. Krulak now oversees the strategic growth and business development for the entire company. He oversaw the creation of 600,000 square feet+ of ‘carrier hotels’ in the Ohio area as well as FiberMedia’s metro area fiber optic system in downtown Cleveland. He grew up in his family’s construction and real estate business that has been engaged in both commercial and residential development for over 80 years. Prior to FiberMedia, Mr. Krulak served as the Vice President of operations for the Ameri-con Group, on the Board of the Building Industry Association of Ohio where he chaired the education committee and developed a wide range of both adaptive reuse and new projects. Mr. Krulak earned his degree in organizational psychology and management from Babson College in Boston.

Jesus Zamora
Jesus Zamora   CFO
Mr. Jesus Zamora oversees FiberMedia’s financial operations. Prior to that, he ran the Telesource Companies’ financial department, including all administrative functions such as bonding, insurance and company policy. He has managed the financial department and the main office of Michael Roark’s corporate operations since 1986 and became a partner in Telesource in 1998. For three years prior to joining M.K. Roark in 1987, Mr. Zamora was the controller for Florida’s Interior Contracting, Inc. and was a pioneer in converting manual accounting practices into fully integrated and computerized systems. He has a degree in business administration from Miami-Dade College and is an expert in the field of data processing for accounting systems.

John Cardini
John Cardini   Head of Global Operations
John has over 25 years of Data Center operations and management in the Financial and Enterprise verticals. John incorporates best practices of facility maintenance, system architecture, change management, project management methodology and operational procedures to all of FiberMedia data centers. John is an active member of many local and global data center structural organizations including AFCOM and CPM. Prior to joining FiberMedia John was VP of Data Center Operations for a New York area firm managing multiple enterprise Data Centers in the financial district. John has provided engineering expertise building data centers, corporate networks and computer systems. John has managed and supported enterprises such as DKIB, BNPP, AXA, IBM, Sun, Celegene, Chase, Lehman, Lord Abbett, Pfizer, Panasonic and Reuters.

Daniel Diesendruck
Daniel Diesendruck   Director of Engineering
Daniel Diesendruck has been responsible for the construction of numerous mission-critical projects for FiberMedia over the past twelve years. Daniel has a specialization with the coordination of engineering disciplines on fast track design/build projects and his experience includes data center projects as both a Project Manager and Engineer. Prior to joining FiberMedia, Daniel supervised construction projects in the South Florida area and spent the previous seventeen years working in his native Brazil as a project manager and consulting engineer for various firms, including Maubertec Engineering and Consultrix Associated Consulting Engineers. Daniel received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1977 and completed his graduate coursework in Geotechnical Engineering at California State University.

Roubik Batian
Roubik Batian   Director of Construction
Prior to being named the Director of Construction after fifteen years with FiberMedia, he was responsible for the construction of numerous buildings and mission-critical facilities as both Senior Project Manager and Chief Estimator. Mr Batian also has worked as an Architect, Chief Estimator or Project Manager on many projects for prestigious firms in the construction industry such as Odebrecht, Lehr Construction and StructureTone, which included several overseas Projects. Roubik graduated with honors from Florida International University in 1981, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Technology, and subsequently received a degree in Construction Estimating from Florida Atlantic University.
